Getting it done right is the hardest thing, let alone the fact that it can take quite a long time and cost a lot of money. Even after all of that, you still have to buy wider wheels, wider tires and spend even MORE money. Once that's all said and done, the car isn't worth any more at all to the eyes of the insurance company and most people. If it's wrecked, damaged, etc you're up shit creek. Why ANYONE would spend the money on a widebody before doing a full suspension or a turbo upgrade or something that would actually IMPROVE the car is beyond me. If you've done everything else and feel the need to blow more money on a 15 year old car, go for it.
